The Homelab Postmortem documents real, dated incidents from running actual homelab hardware — Raspberry Pis, self-hosted services, the usual stack — and the exact fixes that came out of them. No generic “best practices” content: if a post is here, something specific broke first.

How this is made

Posts are drafted with AI assistance, based on real incident logs, and reviewed by a human before publishing. Every script referenced in a post is tested against live hardware before it’s included in the toolkit — not generated from theory and hoped to work.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across sites — so there’s no consent banner, because there’s nothing to consent to. It tells me which posts people read. That’s all it’s for.
